Services and Estimates

Summit Sebago provides services based on individual agreements or estimates. These estimates are approximations and may change once final details are confirmed, with any cost changes communicated in advance. Estimates are valid for 30 days. The timeline for completing services will be mutually agreed upon in writing. By accepting an estimate, you agree to the outlined services and timeline. Additional charges apply for work outside the original scope.

Payment Terms

All invoices will be issued post-service to your email on file or through another approved delivery method. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments will incur fees. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, online payment services (with applicable processing fees), and Bill Pay.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 12 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee.

Liability

Summit Sebago is fully insured. While we are not responsible for any pre-existing damages to your property, we will take full responsibility for any damages that occur as a result of our services.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that we have access to the property at the scheduled time of service. If access is not provided, rescheduling may result in additional fees.

Amendments to Terms

Summit Sebago reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or updates posted on our website.
